Northern Ireland Policy Guidance

Overview

This policy guidance is principally for district councils in Northern Ireland to have regard to in carrying out their LAQM duties under Part III of the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (the Order). This guidance is intended to enable district councils to improve on the service they already provide in tackling poor air quality.
